Welcome to Akshara Ganesha. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Akshara Ganesha creates bespoke, personalised Ganesha artworks, individually hand-sketched using the names or words provided by the customer. Each artwork is created specifically for its recipient and is therefore unique and made to order.

 

  1. Orders & Personalisation

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names or words to be incorporated into the artwork
  • Spelling and capitalisation
  • Contact information
  • Billing and shipping details

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

The artwork is created based on the information provided by you. Akshara Ganesha cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If there is any concern regarding the names, characters or overall feasibility of the submitted content, we may contact you for clarification before proceeding with the artwork.

 

  1. Artistic Interpretation & Creative Freedom

Every Akshara Ganesha is an individually conceived and hand-sketched work of art.

The names and words provided by you become part of the artistic composition. Their placement, orientation, size, proportion, lettering style, capitalisation and overall arrangement are determined by the artist as part of the creative process.

No changes or revisions will be made to the artwork based on individual preferences.

This includes requests to:

  • Change the placement of a name or letter
  • Change capitalisation or lettering
  • Rearrange names
  • Alter the size or orientation of individual names
  • Modify the artistic composition
  • Add, remove or reposition letters
  • Replicate a particular arrangement shown in another artwork
  • Make any other changes to the artist’s original composition

The artwork you receive is the artist’s interpretation of the names you provide.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the artistic interpretation and creative discretion remain entirely with Akshara Ganesha.

You provide the names. The artist creates the Ganesha.

This artistic freedom is fundamental to what makes every Akshara Ganesha unique, exclusive and one of a kind.

 

  1. No Pre-Order Preview

Every Akshara Ganesha is individually created after an order is placed.

As the artwork is a bespoke hand-sketched creation rather than a configurable digital template, we do not provide a pre-order preview or approval proof.

By placing an order, you are commissioning the artwork based on the names or words you have provided and accepting the artist’s creative interpretation.

 

  1. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All orders are final and non-refundable.

Akshara Ganesha artworks are personalised, bespoke creations, individually hand-sketched using the names or words provided by you.

Once an order is placed, the artwork is commissioned specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed for another customer.

Accordingly, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided under any circumstance, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in personal preference
  • Change in gifting plans
  • Incorrect selection of package
  • Incorrect names, spelling or capitalisation submitted by the customer
  • Requests to change the placement, arrangement or artistic composition
  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation
  • Failure to provide additional information after placing an order
  • Delays attributable to the shipping partner
  • Any other reason after the order has been placed

Requests for changes, revisions or alterations to the artistic composition do not constitute grounds for cancellation, return or refund.

 

  1. Damaged Artwork

Every artwork is carefully packaged before dispatch.

If your artwork or frame is damaged during transit, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of:

  • The outer package
  • The packaging material
  • The artwork
  • The damaged area

We will review the matter and, where the damage is attributable to transit, determine an appropriate resolution.

 

  1. Error by Akshara Ganesha

If an artwork contains an error that differs from the information correctly submitted by the customer, please contact us promptly with details and supporting photographs.

We will review the matter and, where the error is attributable to Akshara Ganesha, take appropriate corrective action.

This provision does not apply to differences arising from the artist’s creative interpretation, placement, lettering style, capitalisation, composition or other artistic decisions.

 

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Akshara Ganesha reserves the right to change its prices, packages, products or offerings at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Akshara Ganesha website, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Brand name
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Website content

is the intellectual property of Akshara Ganesha or its respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Personalised artwork purchased from Akshara Ganesha is supplied to the customer for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Akshara Ganesha may display completed artworks as examples of its work on its website, social media or other promotional platforms.

If you do not wish your personalised artwork to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us at hello@aksharaganesha.com.

 

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us.
