At Akshara Ganesha, every artwork is individually hand-sketched and prepared specifically for you. Once your artwork is completed, it is professionally framed, carefully packaged and dispatched for delivery.

  1. Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India.

Shipping within India is complimentary and there is no additional shipping charge on your order.

 

  1. Processing & Dispatch

Every Akshara Ganesha is a bespoke artistic creation and is individually prepared after your order is confirmed.

Depending on order volumes, we aim to complete and dispatch your artwork within 2–3 working days.

During periods of exceptionally high order volumes, festivals or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.

 

  1. Delivery Timelines

Once your artwork has been dispatched, the delivery timeline will depend on your destination and the shipping service used.

The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines provided by the shipping partner are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, logistical disruptions, public holidays or remote-area delivery requirements.

 

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you wherever tracking is available.

You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment.

 

  1. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number and other delivery details provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

Akshara Ganesha cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

 

  1. Packaging

Your framed Akshara Ganesha is carefully packaged to protect the artwork and frame during transit.

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that your artwork reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

 

  1. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

If the artwork or frame is damaged during transit, please contact us promptly with clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged artwork. We will assess the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

 

  1. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered as a standard service.
